We are pleased to announce we will host our next RetroMagic event in Anaheim, California, the weekend of February 6th and 7th, 2027. When the Imagineers can’t come to us in Florida, we’ll go to them and bring our unparalleled in-depth panels and presentations.
We look forward to welcoming back popular guests from past celebrations and long-sought-after Imagineers who contributed to Walt Disney World but haven’t been able to travel to our Florida events. Don’t be surprised to hear about Imagineering’s unbuilt treasures as we chat with folks who worked on plans for Long Beach’s Port Disney, Anaheim’s WestCOT, and Disney’s America theme park in Virginia. If you’ve never been to a RetroMagic event, talk to someone who has! You can also watch sessions from previous events on our YouTube page. Opportunities to meet and interact with our VIP guests are the hallmark of our events.
The 2-day event will be hosted at the Embassy Suites Anaheim South, with a full schedule of stage sessions on Saturday, February 6th, including lunch, our fan-favorite Movie Night with some of our VIPs on Saturday evening, and a half-day schedule of stage sessions on Sunday, February 7th. Attendees staying on-site will have access to a limited number of special room rates at the hotel, including free breakfast each morning of your stay, complimentary evening reception (light snacks), and discounted overnight parking. This is the best package we’ve ever offered attendees. Tickets are available at two levels.

- General Admission seating in rows of chairs in the rear portion of the ballroom: $175pp
- Premium classroom-style seating closest to the stage: $230pp
All tickets include admission to Saturday and Sunday ballroom events, lunch on Saturday, and Movie Night on Saturday after a dinner-on-your-own break. Tickets for this event are the most limited we’ve offered in a decade.
All ticket purchases are final; refunds are only provided if the event is canceled. Lake Buena Vista Historical Society reserves the right to change venues and modify the plans as necessary. Discounted accommodations at the Embassy Suites will be available to our attendees for $180/nt + Tax. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of the convenience of staying at the host resort. The deadline to book a room under the discounted rate is January, 2027 however ROOMS ARE LIMITED.

4:30p – Dinner Break On Your Own
The ballroom and Lake Buena Vista Village doors will be closed and locked during the dinner break.
7:00p – Ballroom doors reopen. Lake Buena Vista Village will be CLOSED during movie night.
7:30p to 9:30p – Movie Night: Live! “Ready When You Are, C.B.”
